Terms and Conditions for Chicken Boss

Welcome to the Chicken Boss mobile application. By accessing or using our app to place orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Chicken Boss app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your cart carefully before confirming. Once an order is placed and accepted, it is final.

  • Pricing & Currency: Prices listed in the application are subject to change without prior notice. Due to the economic environment, we accept payments in both USD and LBP at the current exchange rates designated by the restaurant.

  • Product Availability: While we strive to provide the items exactly as described (e.g., crispy chicken strips, no-sesame buns), some ingredients may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement.

  • Payment Security: We utilize secure payment processing. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Service Area: Delivery is restricted to our defined service radius. Orders placed outside this area may be rejected or canceled.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We work hard to ensure prompt service, but external factors (traffic, weather, high demand) may impact delivery times.

  • Delivery Fees: Applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately. Once our kitchen has begun preparing your meal, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at the discretion of Chicken Boss management. If you encounter an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items or quality concerns), please report it within a reasonable time, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Chicken Boss app for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

  • Providing false information (name, address, phone number).

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

  • Engaging in abusive behavior toward our delivery drivers or restaurant staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Chicken Boss app, including logos, branding, menu designs, and imagery (including our unique One Piece themed promotions), is the exclusive property of Chicken Boss. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chicken Boss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, server downtime, or delays in delivery caused by factors outside our direct control. We strive for 99.9% uptime for our digital services, but do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
